Water Exercise Classes - An excellent form of exercise for all ages and fitness levels. Improves cardiovascular fitness, increases flexibility, tones and strengthens muscles, as well as helping alleviate arthritic stiffness. The buoyancy and resistant properties of water enable the exerciser to make the workout as easy or difficult as needed. During the Aerobic portion of the Water Fitness Class you may choose to do deep water walking or participate in a Water Kickboxing routine
